Jeff Witherspoon

From a young age, Jeff Witherspoon was a natural athlete and loved being active. His fitness journey truly began as a young athlete at The Citadel where he was a champion track and field athlete. Upon graduation, he began a successful career in the Army, first serving as a Field Artillery Officer and later retiring as a logistics officer after 21 years of service. While serving multiple tours in Iraq, fitness became his way to cope with the stressors of combat. He enjoyed the way it not only made his body look but how it made him feel.

Meet eric

Eric was born and raised in Fayetteville, NC. He grew up playing sports his whole life. Baseball  was his main sport which he played through high school and was awarded All Region and All Conference honors. His baseball tenure abruptly ended due to a bad injury and he decided to go to college on an academic scholarship to North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University where he majored in Sport Science and Fitness Management with a concentration in Pre-PT. Upon graduating, he took on a new found love of training a wide variety of people from 8th graders to pro athletes.

Meet sarah

Sarah is an ISSA certified personal trainer with a specialization in bodybuilding. She’s always had a passion for health and fitness. Beginning at a young age, Sarah participated in a variety of sports such as basketball, cheerleading and volleyball. Later in life, she began studying Kenpo Karate, Jiu Jitsu, and Taekwondo and received her black belt after 5 years of training. This led to her interest in clean eating and bodybuilding. Weight training became a passion of hers when she noticed what her mind and body were capable of when she pushed herself and found a routine that fit her busy lifestyle.

Alicia currently resides in Charlotte, NC. She is a 2012 graduate of Winthrop University with a BS in Exercise Science and a 2018 graduate of Florida A&M University with her Master’s in Occupational Therapy. Alicia has always had a passion to help encourage individuals to be the best version of themselves. She began her journey with E2M in 2019 and has embraced her passion to guide individuals to maintain a healthier and well-rounded lifestyle ever since.

As a Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Nutrition Coach, Certified Kickboxing Instructor, a lifelong athlete and former figure competitor, Mandy truly loves all things fitness. She is passionate about leading clients by her example and showing them how she makes it all work as a busy mom! She loves creating a positive and welcoming fitness community for clients at all fitness levels, and teaching the importance of mind and body wellness!
